Philip is married to Rachel and has four grown up sons. He has been heading up our team at Newlife since he moved here in 2011. After meeting God in his teenage years he has worked as a youth pastor and attended two bible colleges during his time working for the local church. If Philip is not at work you can find him on the downs walking his two dogs, Willow and Holly or driving his convertible.

Paul and his wife Adele have been in the Worthing area since 1999. In January 2015 he joined the team as a Pastor after being at the church for four years. Previous to this he worked for a major national bank alongside serving as a pastor in the Apostolic Church for 18 years. After playing rugby as a younger man he now enjoys watching his team Wales and reading. He and Adele have two daughters and three grandchildren that keep him on his toes when not at church.
Lyn TillerChurch Administrator
Lyn is the Church Administrator and generally keeps things running smoothly at Newlife. After working for the NHS, she joined the staff team here in 1983. When not busy with the practical side of church life she loves to read, walk and make craft. She also serves as a Deacon.
Graham has been part of Newlife since he was in the youth group of the 1980’s. He’s married to Jaci and they have two boys. As well as being an Elder, Graham is a senior manager at a local roofing company. Graham and Jaci also serve as home group leaders here at Newlife. Being a keen footballer Graham plays in a local league and is an avid Brighton fan.
Paul is a retired accountant who is married to Jane. Having been a member of Newlife since 1993 he has served in many capacities including; treasurer, home group leader and most recently taking a position on the Eldership. He and Jane have 4 children and 10 grandchildren, so family is a big part of their lives. Paul loves to play tennis and is a keen scuba diver!
Jane serves the worship teams here at Newlife. She heads up the team that leads us in sung worship on a Sunday. Having been part of the church for over 30 years she has been involved with many areas but has been in this role since 2009. Jane, who works as an Information Librarian in Worthing, has two daughters and three grandchildren. She also spends time working for charity, gardening and enjoying life with her cats.
Wayne and his wife Sarah oversee the children’s work at the church. They have two grown up daughters and Wayne has been a part of Newlife since 1984. Wayne is a freelance chartered architectural technologist. He is passionate about seeing children connect with God in their own way and has been serving the children’s team as Deacon since 2008.
Catherine heads up the Missions Council here at Newlife. They serve the church by supporting and facilitating those called to mission, both in this country and across the world. Catherine, being French-born, has a real heart for France as a nation and spends time there with family and the Rochefort Project. She has recently become an author with a book about her childhood, loves cooking and entertaining friends and family.
