Sunday Services During August – For the four Sundays of August (5th, 12th, 19th & 26th) and also the first Sunday in September (2nd), there will be just ONE service each Sunday, at 10.30am with refreshments served afterwards. There will be NO evening services.
Normal Services at 9am, 10.30am and 6.30pm will resume on Sunday 9th September.
For details of our normal pattern of services, please see below.
Fusion Service – 9:00am – 10:0am.
Fusion is our first service starting at 9am. Make sure you’re there a bit earlier though as breakfast is available from 8:45am! The service is a combination of worship and teaching from the Bible in a relaxed atmosphere. On the third Sunday of each month we share in communion with one another. There is normally time for us to respond and hear what God is saying to us individually.
Sunday Morning Service – 10:30am – 12noon.
Our 10:30am meeting starts off with lively praise led by our worship band. During August, there will be activities provided for the children as they remain with us in the service. We continue to worship following the leading of the Holy Spirit. On the third Sunday of each month we share in communion with one another. After some teaching from the Bible there is time for us to respond and hear what God is saying to us individually. After the service we serve tea and coffee giving all a chance to catch up, encourage and enjoy being with one another.
Afternoon Church – 3:30pm – 4:30pm.
Afternoon Church meets the second Sunday of each month at 3.30 pm in the Church Coffee Shop in Greenland Road, with refreshments served afterwards. It’s a combination of Bible teaching and favourite hymns with a more traditional flavour.
Sunday Evening Service – 6:30pm – 8:00pm.
On Sunday evenings we gather at 6.30pm for our Word and Spirit services. These services are focused on giving us time and space to meet with God, and they have a strong focus on worship. On the first Sunday of each month we share in communion together. There is always time to receive prayer from any of our team, and we often pray for each other.
